Phil is telling guys in their 20s to find a 15-16 yo girl because at that age, they are more likely to believe the bullshit coming out of a guy’s mouth. To him, younger = more obedient.

He’s clearly never met my daughter. We couldn’t even get her to clean her room at 16.

I’m sure he believes that a thumb width sized stick would be called for if the wife didn’t toe his line and do as she is told.
