ANOTHER INSTANT POT FAIL!!!!

I got the “Burn Notice!!!!” again before the pot reached pressure. What am I doing wrong? Not enough liquid?

Anyone here who uses Instant Pot, what do you make in it?

Hmm. I use it for soups and stews mostly. Pot roast is good. I’m planning on trying chicken in rice with condensed cream of mushroom & cream of celery soups using milk for the liquid though in other dishes I have found that rice is very easy to burn in it. Otherwise, I don’t have any trouble. What are you trying to make?
