I remember doing needlepoint back in the 70’s. It was cool because Rosie Greer did it, and you didn’t mess with him.

My parents actually did a few pieces together. And my dad did some of that nail & string art, along with some kits (I have one hanging in the hallway at home - from my grandparents’ house).

And we won’t even talk about the crafty hobbies my grandmothers have/had.
