Depends on how tight a security-state he’s set up (pretty tight by most reports). Also: how many Belarussians get sent home in body bags; Lukashenko seems to be trying his best to keep that last number as close to zero as possible. I think he’s smart enough to know the difference between backing a losing side in a war, and actually joining it
