Then there is nothing to talk about between you and me on this subject… I mention these things anew for those who still have an open mind and may want to revisit the bill now that it is signed and elements of it are being fleshed out. It’s apparent that they may be come caveats in the bill that were not as evident in the past.

That’s typical of any bill this large and complex. But those who think that nothing new under the sun can arise at this point or in the future, in my mind, are deluded.
