I guess DJT’s last line of defense is to address the public and say “Look how this awful weaponized Obama/Clinton/Trump Deep-State DOJ is unjustly stripping me of my property, and if they can do this to me, then YOU ARE NEXT!!!”

Didn’t he already do that?

And in any case: the simple argument against that point* is that said property seizure isn’t actually “unjust” - unless one believes (like most MAGAts want to) that, uniquely, Donald J. Trump is somehow completely above the law.
