The plan would privatize a portion of Social Security,[16][17] eliminate the tax exclusion for employer-sponsored health insurance,[17] end traditional Medicare and most of Medicaid,[16][17] and terminate the Children’s Health Insurance Program. The plan would replace these health programs with a system of vouchers whose value would decrease over time.[17]

Not only is that unelectable, it’s nuts.
