Pole vaulters shouldn’t have much trouble clearing a triple standard.
Hell, easiest way to breach concertina obstacles is with a 6-to-10 foot ladder. lay it at angle against the fence and walk/run up it and jump to the ground on the other side.
And, if they were lazy/supplied, and didn’t add barbwire strands, just body breach. One person throws themselves on the wire, depresses it, and everyone else runs across them.

Lieutenant: OK, men, you all called heads except Riley. He called tails. Heads it is. Riley, hit that razor wire so we can run over you.

Riley: Fine with me sir. I may get cut up and bruised a little, but at least I can go back to the rear and have some coffee instead of running at them enemy machine guns.
