Of course. Recall though that the WT is the former home of RSM, has been reported on by the SPLC since 2003 for its attempts to mainstream extremism and racism (such as links to VDARE) and is owned by the Rev Moon.

The financial trouble the WT is in seems linked to the Unification Church and specifically a power struggle between two of Moon’s sons about who will take over. (I can go dig up the link if you want).

I feel bad for the people laid off, when they weren’t themselves actual racists and bigots. The WT as a media entity though? I don’t feel especially bad about it going under. (They lie, a lot.)
