Sometime in the early ’70s a good friend of my then girlfriend became pregnant. At the time abortion was illegal in Illinois. There was a well known service that flew women to a New York clinic to have the operation and return them the same day. IIRC the entire package was $300. I drove my GF and her friend to the airport and killed time in the city until they returned. It was a long day.
I expect similar services will start springing up. The states with bounty laws will be a problem, especially with modern data collection activities.
