AAARRRGGGHHH. Yet ANOTHER of my FB friends posted a picture of someone going on about how the national average gas price on Inauguration Day, 2008, was $1.78/gallon. As if it’s Obama’s fault that we’re paying $3.60/gallon (local price) today. Somebody, quick, invent a device that lets me reach through the Internet and bitchslap people.

The average gas price in 2008 was about $3.60. It fell to below $2 AFTER Obama was elected.
