In an interview with Preet, former British gov’t official David Miliband emphasized that Trump and Boris may both look equally inept, but that Boris can actually quote classical Greek speeches, etc. by heart (as any privileged Brit with a top-flight education who was halfway dedicated to study could do)—iow, he knows how to play the buffoon to disarm his opponents whereas Trump is just a buffoon who comes by his ignorance honestly.
