Don’t the states have a state level police authority that can prosecute these cases? The only thing that might eventually make a difference is if children and grandchildren of GOP officials die because they cannot receive appropriate treatment. Even then, I’m not sure they would care if they lose loved ones — since it’s G-d’s will.

I think it’s more like lines in the sand are being drawn. This does not bode well for Gov. DeWine or the GOP in Ohio.
