Just saw this tweet when I was searching about the SCOTUS ruling. I’m guessing this is a right-winger, it does seem a bit conspiracy theory orientated. Not sure what “CRA” is in this context. I did a search and found “Community Reinvestment Act”, but that doesn’t make any sense unless they’re using “community” as a dog whistle.

It’s over.

The CRA has replaced the U.S. Constitution. Any conflict between the two, CRA trumps the Constitution. And SCOTUS is re-writing the CRA all the time to add or change what it thinks should be in there.

We’re in uncharted territory. It’s been coming for awhile, though.
