This is why Democrats stumping for high-speed Internet service doesn’t click here in Conservatopia. Most people have no Internet service, see no need for it, and the few who do see nothing to indicate it can be any better than it is now.

When they finally get this straightened out, I will be calling the business office of CenturyLink and spending an hour or more on hold asking for at least a week’s credit on my bill.

It’s not enough to say “you can have high-speed Internet.” The message needs to include why that matters.

I bet if you substitute electricity for internet, you could probably find someone 100 years ago who wrote the same thing.
