Bikers pump their own gas in NJ and oregon

So it turns out since 2020, Oregon allows self pumping*, but it’s essentially limited to the western part of the state: geo.maps.arcgis.com

So for better or worse, NJ is the only state left that bans customers pumping their own gas. That said, I did it on occasion when the station I was at was ridiculously busy.
