Personal property should be inviolate, Kelo notwithstanding. If the owner of such a dwelling wishes to sell and can find a buyer willing to buy as it, the gov’t should stay the fuck out of it.

I don’t agree, because of the number of desperate buyers who might get screwed. See razorbacker’s post for an eloquent example of a family that doesn’t sell and can’t sell— and an example of the kind of family that an unscrupulous seller would gleefully exploit.
