When you say whole roasted cauliflower, do you mean you roast it hole? When I roast cauliflower, I cut it into pieces. What the difference between whole and pieces? How long to you roast it?

i do it both ways - tonight will be in pieces - to mix with the potatoes, garlic, onions, etc

i use this to roast the head whole and uncut
