I have a plan that just might work:
1. Withdraw the soldiers and the bandits from the whole territory of Ukraine (as defined by the Ukrainian constitution).
2. Round up all the people responsible (starting with Putin and his whole junta) and send them to the Hague.
3. Get rid of the neo-fascist laws, media censorship and hold the democratic elections after a proper de-programming.
4. Start paying for all the material damage caused.

Then maybe ask for help from the international community.
But yeah, the I-P conflict will cease before this happens (i.e. never).
