Honestly, the more I think about how this election proceeded, the more I get frustrated and upset. Trump gamed the system (such as it is). All the supposed checks to prevent a nutcase like Trump from winning the election failed miserably. Maybe politicians will learn from this debacle. But I have little confidence Republicans will consider nation before party anytime soon.

The GOP knows that they have enough votes in the right places to win a Presidential election. Nothing is going to change until demographics and voting rights finally catch up with them.
