/so the billions that folks in NY have spent on the lottery to benefit education, have made our schools the best in the nation and have eliminated the need for taxes… not so much.

in MI the promise to pay for education was a flat out lie….lotto money went right into the general fund to pay welfare costs and state union pensions….buying voted for democrats
