While Trump/McConnell/NRA/Russia block all action on gun control, another cop was murdered this week. Shot in back of head. And a NYPD cop was killed in an incident where an alleged perpetrator apparently got a hold of the cop’s gun before the perpetrator was himself shot and killed. It’s still not clear who killed the cop - the perp with the cop’s gun, or other cops who fired on the perp and hit the cop.

Too many guns. Not enough common sense, and the death toll is on the GOP/NRA who block any gun control that might improve public safety, reduce health care costs, and make it safer for cops (top causes of death include firearms particularly during motor vehicle stops and domestic violence calls).
