Supreme Court stacking is one of those things that it doesn’t do to think about.

Clarence Thomas (again) and that nutjob Scalia come to mind.

Scalia isn’t a ‘nutjob’, and for every conservative judge you don’t like, I’ve got a liberal judge who opinions I hold as greatly in error. That’s why attempt to “fix” the court like what I just described are such bad ideas. It would encourage extremism all the more and shift power SCOTUS was meant to have to the Congress and the President.
