Sure, if you can afford 350 dollar a month air conditioner bills, if you like to step outside and your armpits are dripping sweat on the ground in 4 minutes, if you want to smell Pasadena (suburb East of Houston) blowing it’s sulfur into town from the oil refineries, if you want to put up with roaches the size of cats.
