Was at Children’s Hospital in St. Louis this week. Kid had an orthopedic procedure done —all is well.

First. St. Louis reminded me of Detroit —pretty shitty town really. Pockets of relatively safe areas —high crime, etc.

Second: All the kids at the hospital who were getting help had parents who encompassed the entire socio-economic spectrum. Those who were lucky enough to have insurance or find a way to get funding.

I have hard very hard time believing that Obamacare or whatever is going to change that for the worse. The entire hospital complex was too important an economic factor for St. Louis …
