Verizon FiOS. Well, I can’t really blame Verizon, as I was working for a middle-man company who was simply selling the product. But they kept pushing the “value over cost” mantra, which sounds great if you’re a motivational speaker, but not so great when you’re trying to convince tight-fisted folks that paying $20+ more a month is a great deal.
