Granted, the site on which it appears looks, at first glance, rather BoB-ish, but others have also pointed out how badly HRC’s campaign screwed up in the rust belt states.

But as someone pointed out here the other day, more populist Senate candidates in the Rust Belt failed to win their elections—Feingold in WI, Strickland in OH.

Not necessarily disagreeing with the idea that a different focus for HRC would have been better. But Dems have already done much to appeal to the stereotypical working class voter (taxes, healthcare, child care, etc).
