What I would like to know is, how is it even possible to enforce the Ledbetter Fair Pay Act when you are not even allowed to know how much your male co-workers are making? That corporate private information.
How many HR employees are women? Most of the one’s I’ve ever dealt with are.
You’d think there would be a checks and balances system in place. Women seem to be the ones doing the paperwork.
