Good fafalel is a bit of paradise.

Good fafalel balls are made fresh and served minutes after they come out of the fryer. Yum.

Seems that there is a falafel seller here in Seattle that does not seem to understand that fafalel should not taste anything at all like cold cardboard. Happiness is not going back.

Hm, my Dad hasn’t made falafel in a while.
