That seems to the hallmark of these “award-winning journalists” wingnuts, the tendency to threaten legal action the moment they are questioned.

And it’s always an empty threat. No lawyer would take cases like these, because 1) they know they would lose, and 2) they could be sanctioned for unethical conduct and frivolous lawsuits.
