Because it is sort of telling the bombs never went off. Not a fizzle and some smoke. Nothing.

So to me it is about scaring everyone and putting on the fake ISIS crap might be a way another way to throw the ATF and FBI off track.

I think we have someone that is screwing with heads…pure terrorism.

Also, they might be able to avoid the time and costs to have traveled to New York and did what they did there to also throw people off track. A lot of people thought he was from New York.

The only thing telling about the bombs not going off is they didn’t go off. They were all intercepted first. Mail bombs normally go off when they are opened.
