I realise it’s still quite a long time before the election, and that Kentucky is an ‘obviously’ Red state, but I hope someone runs some polling for the Senate election for Kentucky soon rather than later.

For the current governor race, the polling is in favour of Democrat Beshear with 48% to Republican Bevin’s 39% with some undecided and a few percent for the Libertarian.

McConnell has been deeply unpopular for a long time, and Amy McGrath seems a very strong opponent. It’s hard to imagine any scenario where the Senate race isn’t very very close, if not already in Amy’s favour.
