Thing is, unless somebody’s sitting on a pile of paperwork with his signature on it, backed up by audiovisual proof, then he’ll likely get away with it. Some may be willing to roll, feeling they’ve been sold out, but at the end of the day he’ll just say that he never personally knew what was going on and it’ll be their word against his. As for the rest, omerta will set in, keeping lips silent for fear of reprisal. The big fish will fry, but the biggest fish will get away simply due to a lack of evidence.
