I googled it, Neil Jordan is behind it, I’ve really liked his films about Ireland. May check that out. I’ve also been really enjoying HBO;’s Boardwalk Empire.

It’s fun. It’s not quite as shocking as it wants to be—you get the impression that this is really just quite a nice family, whose papa happens to be Il Papa…all of the Borgia’s enemies seem much nastier than they are.

The dresses are spectacular.
