Nobody now produces more crude oil than the US. No other country, not even the Saudis can produce 13 million barrels per day. .

Just be careful of not being gamed.

US volume figures get fiddle with because:

1) refining crude ends up with products whose volume is greater than the original crude;
2) NG wells ends up producing liquids like butane that gets counted as “liquids” that gets confusingly called “oil” by some people.
