I think you’re mistaken, but that’s a reasonable approach. I have heard many people insist that the ACLU won’t do things for Christians, or conservatives, or white people, which is just silly.

The neo-nazis who wanted to march in Skokie were white, Christian, and conservative enough. The ACLU ticks me off, but they are needed.
