Good almost afternoon, everyone.

Observation for the morning… approximately 90% of the people in the DC Metro area do not know that a big red hand on a crosswalk sign means “don’t walk”, but they do understand when I yell out the window of my car, “I have no problems running you over if you cross against the light.”

(note: I wouldn’t actually do that, but it makes me feel better saying it.)
