Acc. to the prosecutor, who bases it on the voice recorder, he pushed specific buttons to put the plane into descent mode. I will not assume that the prosecutor fantasizes or is full of shit just in order to save the stroke hypothesis.

Here’s my problem with that. I can not fathom how he knows right away and as an absolute fact that specific buttons got pushed based on a cockpit voice recorder.
