Yeah, I’m not really a low-cal sort of guy. I was actually going to do a duck confit ravioli instead of the mascarpone/goat cheese, but it didn’t work out. Couldn’t find fresh duck legs anywhere, and I just didn’t have the time to confit them either. Next year I suppose…
