Acc. to the prosecutor, who bases it on the voice recorder, he pushed specific buttons to put the plane into descent mode. I will not assume that the prosecutor fantasizes or is full of shit just in order to save the stroke hypothesis.

From what I could gather while listening to the prosecutor this morning, the co-pilot had to make several turns of the knob or button to achieve the descent. It was not just one movement.
