It just seems like such a rush to judgement. Then again, what can Congress actually do to Rangel? Tell him he’s been a bad boy, send him to bed without supper, or, worst ( and not-gonna-happen) case, toss him out? It’s the domestic equivalent of a UN resolution of condemnation… and we all know how effective those are./
