Maddow had the district’s congressman on her show. He’s the first black congressman from Nevada. He said the people who live in the area are not happy, especially about all the gun-totin’ going on. He was speaking about people who live in Bunkerville, I believe, and not necessarily fellow ranchers. Somebody interviewed a pissed off Nevada rancher, but I don’t remember where I saw that.

Did I hear someone on Maddow say the militia types are running check points out on the highway, and stopping people in town? I would think that has locals a bit disturbed. I know having a bunch of wanna-be heroes with guns I don’t know running around would piss me off. WTF???

And the local police and sheriffs are okay with this?
