Got it. Does it still exclude Inc? Didn’t say in the Yahoo article. That would certainly help. I’m trying to think of a supplier who isn’t incorporated? (1/2 cup so far, no where near enough)

I didn’t read it that close either, but I got the “goods” part. I guess technically since I sell jewelry, and report my income, if I buy over 600 dollars in rocks and silver from a local small shop (and I do spend that in a year), I guess I have to send him a 1099.
