He’s also saying the quiet part out loud. He, like Trump, wants to do whatever he wants, without oversight or consequences. He’s telling us, “I believe the Supreme Court isn’t just the highest court in the land, I believe it is THE HIGHEST GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY in the land.”

I can only hope that there is a blue tsunami large enough next year to put into office at least 50 Democratic Senators willing to reform the filibuster so that some much needed shit can get done, specifically including reform of SCOTUS. This is supposed to be a republic, not an autocracy ruled by deeply corrupt, unaccountable philosopher-kings.
