You need to figure out whether it’s from looking far, or looking close - that might help you on how high or low to set the start. I don’t think line bifocals will help if you get that line in the wrong place and end up straining your neck w / them as well. Just a thought. If you talk to the place you got yours, they might redo them for ya if you tell them you are getting neck strain etc.

No neck strain, I really only neely only need them for driving, movies and very small print. They end-up on top of my head most of the time. I don’t like that I can’t look to the side without turning my head. If I am reading and want to check on the animal or the child, I can’t do so without turning my head. A head turn usually provokes a response I don’t want.

Like, “Mom, wht do you want?” “Oh nothing” “Then why were you looking at me.” “Because it’s my job.” And that is 3 minutes out of BS I could have avoided. It can be worse with the dogs.
