I agree. But I’m cooking for myself this summer and so I’m doing more Basmati and other rice just because I don’t want to do my absolute favorite side dish—mashed potatoes.

Did a pot of rice with sliced carrot, sliced kielbasa, and a tablespoon of butter for supper. Nom.
