Except that Code Pink never had anyone leading in the Democratic presidential polls, and none of the leading Democrats angling to run against Dubya ever pandered to them.

As much as some on the right would love to marginalize the birthers forever, they’ve got a very loud, obnoxious voice and he’s the current GOP front-runner. They’ve got a TV network actively feeding their paranoia, even after the long-form has come out. There are talk radio hosts and bloggers all over the right wing that are still fanning the flames, only they’re now expanding their conspiracy to include Obama’s education and a debate over “natural born” vs. “native born”.

Sorry, but no. They’re a big problem, and one that the GOP encouraged for three years.
