There’s nothing wrong with saying you think a SC case was improperly decided. That’s one way of saying a law isn’t constitutional, in your opinion.

That doesn’t mean it’s not absolutely constitutional according to the way our government works.

It’s a nuancy bit freaks like Rand use to agitate.
