One thing to remember is that the rest weren’t much better and didn’t clean up either until much later. Paul, bless him, got lucky that he was able to survive till he was able to clean up. Bob didn’t.

I saw Paul solo a few years ago, and he did that song. It seemed like there wasn’t a dry eye in the house, especially mine.
