The thing is, this entire investigation was done with Eric Holder’s Justice Department over the Prosecutors shoulder at every turn. I am sure in Holders heart of hearts, he wanted Wilson prosecuted. The fact that Holder isn’t saying much tells me that the case presented to the Grand Jury is the most accurate portrayal of the event.
